Terms of Use

1. What the service is

MimoGift is a tool for creating a personalized gift web page, with photos, a message, a time counter, music, and additional features, accessible by link and QR code. Some plans include a video generated from the uploaded content.

2. Content you upload

• You represent that you have the right to use the photos, text, and names you upload, and that you have the consent of the people depicted.
• It is prohibited to upload illegal, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content, content that violates third-party rights, or content that exposes someone without their consent.
• We may remove pages that violate these rules, without a refund, and report them to authorities when applicable.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the technical license necessary to store, process, and display that content on your page and in the video.

3. Plans, access, and time limits

The page's availability period depends on the plan purchased and is disclosed at checkout. Plans with limited access stop displaying the page once the period ends; lifetime plans keep the page online for as long as the service exists.

If the service is discontinued, we will notify you by email with reasonable advance notice so you can save your content.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by external providers (Hotmart for the international operation; Kiwify and Efí in Brazil). Refund requests are handled according to the payment provider's policy and the consumer law applicable in your country.

In the event of a refund, the page is taken offline and its content may be deleted.

5. Music and YouTube content

Music search and playback use YouTube API Services. By using this feature you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge that Google handles data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You may revoke the application's access to your data at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We do not store or redistribute YouTube content: playback happens through the official embedded player.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party failures (hosting, payment, email, YouTube) may affect functionality.

Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
